CEO / Representative Director
Akira Onishi
After working as a programmer on testing and development for large-scale projects, Akira moved into web design for small and medium-sized businesses, then led revenue-growth initiatives at a consulting firm. He founded Esolab Inc. in 2019. From web production to system and app development and AI solutions, his work is bringing clients' "esoragoto" (a Japanese word for ideas that sound like pipe dreams) to life.
M.T.
Web Designer
Designs and codes corporate websites and landing pages, and also handles print design such as logos, business cards and flyers. Her guiding principle: what matters is not how pretty it looks, but that visitors never get lost.
K.S.
Front-end Engineer
Builds business systems such as booking and customer management, and develops apps with Flutter. He works directly with clients from design through development. Lately, more of his work involves features built on AI APIs.
R.S.
Video Creator
Handles corporate videos, event live streams and on-location photography. Her strength is covering everything from shooting to editing and captions single-handedly. She also produces our recruiting videos and runs our YouTube channel.
