Is it safe to share internal information and customer data with AI?
For business use, we work with business plans and APIs that don't use your input data for training. Depending on the kind of data you handle, we set clear rules up front about what can and cannot be shared.
Can a small company adopt AI?
Yes. In fact, the smaller the team, the bigger the impact of automating administrative work. We'll propose a starting point that can run on usage fees of just a few tens of thousands of yen a month.
Which AI do you use?
We choose between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other providers' services depending on the use case, accuracy, cost and data handling requirements. Our designs are never locked in to a single provider.
What happens if the AI produces something incorrect?
We design every workflow on the assumption that a human always reviews the AI's output. Where the output goes to external parties or informs decisions, a review step is built into the process.
