FAQ
Here are the questions we hear most often before a project starts. If yours isn't covered, feel free to send it through the contact form.
ORDER
Requests and quotes
Which areas do you serve?
We mainly serve Osaka city and the wider Kansai region, including Kyoto, Hyogo and Nara. Meetings can be held online, so we also take on projects from other regions. When on-site work such as a photo shoot is required, we charge actual travel expenses.
Are quotes free?
Yes. For website development, system development, app development and AI solutions alike, we prepare a free quote after an initial consultation. You are welcome to request a quote only.
Can we talk before anything is decided?
Yes. Tell us your goal, such as "we want more inquiries" or "we want to use it for recruiting", and we will start by working out what you need together. If you have reference sites or an existing brochure, please bring them along.
What do your services roughly cost?
Website development starts from ¥200,000, landing pages from ¥100,000, e-commerce sites from ¥350,000, logo design from ¥35,000, on-location photography from ¥10,000 per hour and video shoots from ¥10,000 per hour (all excl. tax). The full price list for each service is on our Pricing page. App development and AI solutions vary widely in scope, so we quote them individually.
Is there a discount for ordering several services together?
Yes. When you combine website development with photography, video production, logo design and so on, we offer package plans and discounts. Ask us when you request a quote.
What are your payment terms?
We explain the terms with your quote, depending on the scope of the contract. We issue invoices that comply with Japan's qualified invoice system.
Can we use a subsidy to fund the project?
Programs such as the Small Business Sustainability Subsidy may cover part of your website development cost. We can plan the production schedule and prepare the quote to fit your application timeline. See our Media article on subsidies for website development for details.

How long does a website take?
As a guide: 1 to 1.5 months for a small site (3 to 5 pages), 2 to 3 months for a typical corporate site (around 10 pages), and 3 to 6 months for a large site or e-commerce site that includes photography and copywriting. The timeline depends largely on how quickly copy and photos are ready and how fast we receive feedback. If you have a target launch date, we plan the schedule backwards from it.
Can we update the site ourselves after launch?
Yes. We build in a CMS such as WordPress so you can update news and blog posts yourself, and we show you how to use it.
Do we need to provide the photos and text?
Either way works. Clients usually supply the copy, but we can also turn your bullet-point notes into finished text. Photos can come from our on-location shoots or from your own collection.
Will our current URLs change?
For a redesign, we keep existing URLs wherever possible. If a change is unavoidable, we set up proper redirects from the old URLs to the new ones so your search rankings carry over. We redesigned our own site in 2026 and kept every URL intact.
Can you arrange the server and domain too?
Yes. We handle hosting, domain registration and setup, and SSL (https) configuration. You can also keep using your current server.
Is SEO included?
Basic SEO setup is part of every build: page titles and descriptions, structured data, sitemaps, and Google Analytics and Search Console configuration. Ongoing support such as content creation and MEO (Google Maps optimization) after launch is available as a consulting service.
Do you offer maintenance and support after launch?
Yes. We handle server and CMS updates, minor fixes, and added pages (from ¥33,000 per page). We propose a monthly maintenance plan to match your needs.
SYSTEM / APP / AI
System development, app development and AI
What kinds of systems can you develop?
We build e-commerce sites, CRM (customer management), booking management, and business systems for attendance, inventory, expenses and more, developed from scratch in PHP. We also develop WordPress plugins and integrate with a wide range of APIs.
Can you build an app for both iOS and Android?
Yes. With Flutter, a single codebase covers both iOS and Android, which keeps time and cost down. When an app needs deep access to device features, we recommend native development in Swift and Kotlin. We also handle App Store and Google Play submissions.
Can a small company adopt AI?
Yes. The smaller the team, the bigger the payoff from automating tasks such as drafting quotes and reports or handling inquiries. We recommend starting small with one task, confirming the results, and then expanding.
Is it safe to share internal information with AI?
For business use, we work with enterprise plans and APIs that do not use your input data for training. We define rules up front for what may and may not be shared, and design the workflow so that a person always reviews the output.

What is the minimum booking for a shoot?
Bookings start at 1 hour (¥10,000 excl. tax). We also offer 3-hour and full-day (7 to 8 hours) plans. Shoots on weekends and public holidays carry a 30% surcharge, and travel is charged at cost from our office to the location. Photo shoots include retouching.
What happens to an outdoor shoot if it rains?
Outdoor shoots are rescheduled. Indoor-only shoots go ahead as planned.
Can you edit video we have already shot?
Yes. We edit your existing footage on its own (from ¥10,000 for up to 10 minutes, excl. tax), including captions, background music and opening/ending sequences.
