FAQ
FAQ
Is there a travel fee?
Not within Osaka city, as a rule. For other areas we charge actual transportation costs from our office to your location, and include them in the quote.
Can you come to us for meetings?
Yes. The first consultation can be in person or online, whichever you prefer. Keeping later check-ins online helps save both cost and time.
Can we use local subsidies?
The Small Business Sustainability Subsidy is available nationwide through local chambers of commerce and commerce associations. Some municipalities offer their own subsidies as well, so feel free to ask.
