I am Akira Onishi, CEO of Esolab Inc.
Before founding the company, I worked as a programmer on testing and development for large-scale projects, as a designer creating websites for small and medium-sized businesses,
and at a consulting firm, where I helped implement measures to grow our clients' sales.
Working with those companies, I kept coming back to two questions: "What do small businesses really struggle with?"
and "Could I offer them broader support on my own?" That conviction grew until I decided to go independent.
Esolab enters its eighth fiscal year in 2026. We are a small business ourselves, and we believe there are challenges of small businesses that only a small business can truly understand.
We propose web production, system development, video production and other marketing materials and in-house digital transformation to our clients,
and in everything we make, contributing to your sales comes first.
The moment a client says "I'm glad we chose Esolab" is the moment our work feels most rewarding.
