Our Production Policy and Quality Standards
Whatever the project, we apply the following standards to everything we deliver. Use them as a guide to what is included when you request a quote.
Page speed
From image optimization and removing unnecessary scripts to server configuration, we aim for pages that open without delay even on smartphones (we check Google's Core Web Vitals before launch). Migrating our own site reduced data transfer to roughly one third.
Mobile-friendly design
We test on real smartphones, tablets and computers, and across browsers, before launch. Our designs are built around readable text sizes, easy-to-tap buttons and forms that are simple to fill in.
Security
SSL (https), a protected admin area and regular backups come as standard. We use the current stable versions of WordPress and PHP at launch and never use versions that have reached end of support. We also explain our post-launch update policy (automatic updates and maintenance plans) when you sign the contract.
Accessibility
Proper heading structure, alt text for images, keyboard navigation and sufficient contrast between text and background: we build sites that everyone can read and use. We also respect the "reduce motion" setting.
SEO and analytics setup
Per-page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, and Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console setup are all included. For site renewals we keep your existing URLs, and redirect them correctly if they have to change.
Easy to update
We build in a CMS so you can update news and blog posts yourself, and we show you how. You receive a site you can run without calling your production company for every update.
Data handover and ownership
Once payment is complete, all project data (design files, photos and source code) is handed over to you. Server and domain contracts are placed in your name as a rule, so you will never be stuck if you move to another provider.

We are not tied to any particular product. We choose based on your goals, budget and ease of operation, and we value longevity and your ability to run things yourself over the latest trend.
Web production
WordPress (for easy updating), fast static sites and modern CMSs such as Astro, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript (TypeScript). For e-commerce, choose between WordPress integration, a standard CMS or a fully custom build.
System development
Fully custom development in PHP, MySQL/SQLite, REST APIs and integration with external services (payments, booking, social media, Google services and more). Turning Excel- and paper-based workflows into systems.
App development
Flutter (one codebase for iOS and Android) as the standard, with native development in Swift and Kotlin when deep access to device features is needed. We handle App Store / Google Play submission and review.
AI solutions & development
We choose between APIs from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others based on use case, accuracy, cost and data handling. Systems that reference your internal documents (RAG), chatbots, and automation of document creation and inquiry handling. Designed on business plans whose data is not used for training.
Servers and operations
Setup of shared hosting (Xserver and others) and VPS, SSL, backups and automated deployment (GitHub Actions). We can also keep using your existing server as is.
Photography and video
Sony α7 III and α7 IV, a range of lenses, wireless microphones and drones. Live streaming with multiple cameras and a switcher. Equipment rental is also available.

Can you just improve or check the security of a site built by another company?
Yes. We take on partial projects such as improving page speed or mobile support, checking and updating PHP and WordPress versions, and adding forms. We start by reviewing the current state and quote only for the scope you need.
Can we specify which technologies you use?
Yes. If you have in-house expertise or need to match an existing system, we will build with the technology you specify. If it is not the best fit, we explain why and leave the decision to you.
How is quality maintained after launch?
Under a maintenance plan, we regularly update the CMS and PHP, verify backups and make minor fixes. Even without a plan, we explain how to update and what to watch out for, and remain available for consultation.
